2 - Is SoftlyWished only for birthday or celebration wishes?

No. While personalized video wishes are one of the most common uses, SoftlyWished is designed for meaningful personal communication in many situations.

People use SoftlyWished for encouragement, gratitude, long-distance connection, emotional support, apologies, explanations, and moments that don’t fit neatly into a category.

Any time a message matters and feels difficult to express in writing alone, SoftlyWished can help.

3 - How much control do I have over the video?

SoftlyWished is a done-for-you service, which means you don’t edit timelines or video elements yourself.

Instead, you control what matters most: the message, emotional tone, intention, and context. You can upload a voice note, add photos, and describe the recipient’s personality, preferences, or needs.

Our human editors use this guidance to shape the final video so it reflects your intent clearly and naturally.

4 - How is SoftlyWished different from AI video generators or editing software?

SoftlyWished is not a DIY AI video generator or video editing tool.

Unlike general AI video platforms designed for content creation, marketing, or social media, SoftlyWished focuses exclusively on personal, emotional video messages.

There are no editing tools, templates, or timelines to manage. AI assists the creation process, but every video is carefully reviewed and refined by a real human editor before delivery.

5- What can I ask SoftlyWished to create?

SoftlyWished can create personalized video wishes for almost any occasion using a blend of AI text-to-video generation and professional human editing. Simply share your written message, the recipient’s name, and the type of event—such as a birthday, anniversary, wedding, graduation, encouragement, or any heartfelt celebration—and we transform it into a warm, beautifully designed video. SoftlyWished is one of the best tools for AI birthday videos, personalized greeting videos, and emotional AI-generated messages. You can upload up to 2 photos, 1 voice note, and write your wish in the provided text boxes.
(Note: At the moment, we do not create videos for funerals.)

6 – How do notifications work?

Free Plan: We create your video, and you share it manually with your recipient. SoftlyWished does not send notifications for Free accounts.
VIP Plan: Your recipient receives one reminder email to check our YouTube channel so they don’t miss your thoughtful message.
VIP Ultra & Premium Plans: Your recipient receives two reminder emails, including the direct video link.

7– Is anonymity supported?

Yes. Simply check “Send anonymously” in the form. For paid plans: anonymous wishes can still be created and published on YouTube, but we cannot send recipient email notifications due to privacy requirements.

8– How fast is delivery?

Free Plan: Up to 48 hours
VIP & VIP Ultra: ~24–48 hours
Premium: Faster delivery and optional scheduled release
Every video is blended with AI + professional human editing.

9– Are there any hidden fees?

No. SoftlyWished uses fully transparent pricing with no extra charges.

10– What if I have add-ons or concerns?

You can always reach out to us. Even though the form allows 2 photos, 1 voice note, and two text boxes, you may email us additional information.

YouTube provides secure, permanent, global viewing on any device.
You can choose: Public (discoverable) or Unlisted (private).

15– How can my recipient and I watch the video privately?

Request Unlisted in the form — only people with the link can watch.

18 – How is my personal data protected?

We use encrypted SSL/TLS, secure Wix servers, and strict internal privacy rules. Uploaded media is ONLY used to create your video and is deleted afterward.
Your content is never used for AI training.

19- How does the Minute of Wishes video work?

Minute of Wishes is the name of our daily free video series. All free wishes submitted that day are combined into one beautifully edited video, and every participant’s message appears for about 15–20 seconds.
The total length of the final video depends on how many wishes are included that day.

20 – Is SoftlyWished fully automated like other AI video tools?

No. SoftlyWished is not fully automated. While AI assists with text-to-video creation, every video is reviewed and edited by a real human before delivery to ensure emotional accuracy, natural pacing, and a polished final result.

21 – What exactly does the human editor do?

A human editor reviews each video to refine timing, emotional flow, text placement, visuals, music balance, and overall presentation. This step ensures your video feels thoughtful and natural, not robotic or rushed.

22 – How is my voice used if I upload a voice note?

If you upload a voice note, our editors carefully integrate your voice into the video so it sounds natural and emotionally aligned with the visuals. Your voice is never reused or stored after the video is completed.

23 – How are uploaded photos handled in my video?

If you upload a photo of the recipient or yourself, it is tastefully incorporated by a human editor to enhance realism and emotional connection. Photos are used only for your video and deleted afterward.

24– Is SoftlyWished a DIY editing platform?

No. SoftlyWished is a done-for-you service, not a DIY editor. You don’t edit timelines, visuals, or audio — you simply submit your message, and we handle the full creation and human editing process.

25 – Why doesn’t SoftlyWished deliver videos instantly?

Because quality matters. Human review takes time, but it ensures your video feels meaningful, personal, and emotionally right — which is something instant automation cannot guarantee.
